The Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) will be made available before Christmas.
Kipsang emphasized the priority given to the KCPE results and stated that the KPSEA results would also be released within the same timeframe.
He commended examination administrators for ensuring a smooth examination process and highlighted the need to,
expedite the marking of papers to facilitate the students’ return to school in January.
Additionally, he assured parents that they would know their children’s admission status before the Christmas celebrations.
Kipsang mentioned that the government would streamline the marking process and deployment for secondary schools,having fewer centers compared to primary schools.
KCPE KPSEA RELEASE DATES
The government aimed to ensure that the exam papers are marked and results released within the set time frame,
with plans for a dual-shift collection of examination papers during the marking process.
The KCPE and KPSEA exams, which started on October 30, 2023, and concluded on November 1, 2023, had a substantial number of candidates:
1,415,315 candidates for the KCPE and 1,282,574 candidates for the KPSEA.
