This is for student applicants who are applying for the second, third, and fourth time during the program’s term.
The loans board will soon welcome students to apply for the following Undergraduate Loan for the fiscal year 2023/2024.
Candidates who have recently received an undergraduate loan will be able to apply.
Kenya Universities and Colleges Placement Service (KUCCPS) placements at both public and private universities around the country.
Subsequent Loan Guidelines on the HELB App
Download the HELB Mobile Application from the Google Play Store.
Ensure that your information is properly registered on the HELB App.
Your initial name, phone number, email address, national ID, and KRA PIN number should all be included.
These details will allow you to generate a PIN and log in to approve the license agreement.
Make sure you use your Safaricom number, which you generally use for Mpesa transactions, and that it is registered in your name.
To understand the purpose of credit, go over all of the required Financial literacy notes and participate in a brief Question & Answer session.

To access the Undergraduate Subsequent Loan Application Form,
Navigate to the “loans” section and pick undergraduate loans.
Follow each step to give the necessary information and submit the form.
You will immediately receive notification that your application has been successfully filed, as well as your loan serial number.
It’s also worth noting that the application procedure is paperless, so there’s no need to print anything.
