JSC job opportunities 2023. The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has posted a vacancy for the position of Chief Registrar of the judiciary.

The responsibilities of the Chief Registrar of the judiciary encompass tasks such as preparing expenditure estimates and seeking national approval for them.
Additionally, the Chief Registrar manages the Judiciary Fund, serves as the secretary to the Judicial Service Commission and National Council for Administration of Justice, and
carries out judicial functions as mandated by law, while adhering to the Chief Justice’s directives.
The Chief Registrar of the Judiciary plays a pivotal role in efficiently overseeing day-to-day operations and human resources administration within the Judicial Service.
This includes supervising support services and enhancing administrative procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
The Judicial Service Commission was established under Article 171 of the 2010 Kenyan Constitution.
Its primary mandate is to uphold and promote the independence and accountability of the Judiciary,
ensuring the effective, efficient, and transparent administration of justice.
