According to a statement, the state firm offered monthly salaries ranging from Ksh8,631 to Ksh16,401, with benefits from the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) as incentives.
The hired candidates will be responsible with propagating and caring for seedlings in the 300 KFS tree nurseries across the country.
The Service is the main organization in charge of carrying out the 15 billion Special Presidential Programme, which aims to hasten the achievement of a 30% National Tree Cover by 2032.
