KUCCPS Portal; Second Revision of Degree and TVET course to be reopened tomorrow

kuccps placement results 2023.The KUCCPS p­ortal will open again tomorrow, June 16, 2023.

The 2022 KCSE candidates who have not secured a course are invited to login and apply again, starting tomorrow. This is also a chance for those who would like to apply for the first time.

 

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS), which accepts applications for university and college placement, will announce the results of the initial selection on June 19.

This is good news for KCSE 2022 candidates who selected courses of their choice.

KUCCPS Second revision dates

Those who missed out on the first revision will be notified of a second revision, which will run from June 19 through July 30, 2023.

KUCCPS third revision dates

For the KCSE 2022 candidates who miss being selected in the first and the second revision,  KUCCPS has given them a chance for a third revision will be held from July 10 to July 14.

After the final placement is announced on August 9, the Inter-University Transfer is scheduled to occur from August 1 to August 30.

HELB and University Funding Board loan application dates

Applications for the University Funding Board (UFB) and the Higher Education Loan Board (HELB) will be accepted from July to August.

The payments are to begin in September.

How to check KUCCPS placement results 2023-2024

There are many ways that a candidate can use to check the placement results. These include;

• KUCCPS student portal
• SMS channel
• KUCCPS Mobile application and download your application letter.

How to check Via kuccps students portal

1. Students.kuccps.net provides access to the KUCCPS portal.
2. At the upper right corner of the page, click the Login button.
   Enter your KCSE INDEX NUMBER, KCSE YEAR, and PASSWORD.
3. (Use your Birth Certificate Number OR KCPE Index Number (as used in KCSE Exam Registration) as your Initial Password).
4. Select the login button.
5. Allow the system to authenticate and redirect you while you wait.
6. The dashboard of your account will display your course and assigned institution.

With an SMS Shortcode, you can check your KUCCPS placement using the steps below;

1. Launch the Phone Messages Chat.
2. Send your Index Number to the shortcode 20842, beginning with your KCSE year.
   Correct Format Examples: 202212345678912 or 202112345678912 (KCSE year + Index Number)

Checking KUCCPS 2023 placement via a mobile application

1. Install the KUCCPS Students App from the Google Play Store.
2. To launch the App, click on the icon.
3. Enter your login information.
4. Explore to find out about your placement status.
