Kuccps students portal. The Kenya Universities and Colleges central placement service(KUCCPS) allows KCSE learners to revise their courses online.
Most of the 2022 KCSE candidates have applied for their degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan courses of their choice online at KUCCPS.
KUCCPS closed the first revision window on Wednesday 7th June 2023 so as to give itself time to scrutinize every application before placing a learner.

How can I apply for inter-institution transfer?
Applications MUST be submitted online through the students portal (students.kuccps.net)
What happens after I submit my application online?
The university/college you are seeking to transfer to receives the application online and will endorse it online. This happens in the institution portal.
After endorsing the application, the current institution receives the endorsement and releases you.
The endorsed application will move to KUCCPS for approval.
After approval, an applicant can download the joining letter generated in the applicant portal.

What should I do after downloading the letter?
Take the letter to the university or college you selected so that they provide you with an admission letter having joining instructions.
I have typed the reason for the transfer but the next step does not show up, what can I do?
You MUST upload a supporting document that is showing reasons for the transfer.
Also, ensure you type the explanation having not less than 300 characters and not more than 600 characters.

Am I allowed to change both the institution and course at once?
Yes, provided that you meet all the minimum course requirements provided by the institution.
I only wish to change the course but not the institution. what can I do?
You can change the course at the institutional level with the help of the Academic registrar.
