SRC revised perdiem Rates. The wages and Remuneration Commission SRC is responsible for paying wages and allowances to state and public officials.
Daily Subsistence Allowances (DSA) for local travel are paid to public and state authorities as per diem rates.
SRC has worked diligently to standardize, regulate, and eradicate current variances in DSA payments to police attending functions at various County Headquarters.

The standardization assures consistency, equity, and fairness in the administration of this lenient provision in the public sector.
Payment of the Daily Subsistence Allowance (Local Travel).
As a result, the following rates will be applied to this money:
All State and other Public Officers in the Public Service will be subject to review.
All other previous Circulars on the subject will be rendered ineffective immediately, and corresponding
Accounting Officers will be held personally liable for the proper management of this facilitative benefit.
