It is critical to remember that the TSC site allows teachers to verify the status of their registration.
TSC Employment status check
Follow these procedures to determine your TSC employment status:
Use an internet-enabled device, preferably a laptop or desktop computer, to access the TSC online portal.
Select the “Registration Status” field, as shown in the popup.
Enter your ID card or passport number and press the “Search” button.
You will be notified of the status of your application.
The following information will be presented for employed teachers:
The name of the institution where the teacher works.
Combination of subjects.
Status of registration (employed)
The following information will be displayed for teachers who are not hired by TSC:
The teacher’s name is unknown.
The institution’s name is missing.
Absence of a subject combination.
Various statuses may arise during the application procedure for teachers applying for TSC numbers:
Verified: This status indicates that the commission has reviewed the employment application.
In progress: This indicates that the application was received by the registry but has yet to be processed by the commission.
Registered: A successful application has reached this stage. The TSC number appears on the portal, and the applicant also receives an SMS message.
Incomplete: This indicates that the application is either incomplete or has not yet been submitted.
TSC applications are refused when the applicant does not meet the basic academic requirements for registration as a qualified teacher.
