TSC hardship areas. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has formally named the eight new hardship regions that every teacher must know.
TSC agreed to promote employees working in ASAL (Arid Semi-Arid Lands) and other difficult-to-staff places, while they continue administrative activities until their grades are adequate for their professions in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) it inked with teachers unions.
