TSC New salary scales. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has completed the implementation of the last phase of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), resulting in increased salaries for teachers.
Notably, Chief Principals at Grade D5 now earn Sh157,656, marking the highest salary level.
Senior Principals at Grade D4 receive Sh121,890 per month, and at Grade D3, principals enjoy a monthly bonus of Sh104,644.
Deputy Principals II (D2) are paid Sh91,041 per month, while Deputy Principals III (D1) receive a monthly salary ranging from Sh77,840 to Sh85,269.

Senior Masters IV (C4) teachers are paid Sh52,308 per month and receive additional benefits like a Commuter allowance, Annual Leave Allowance, and House Allowance.
