Invitation letters for shortlisted teachers were dispatched on October 30, 2023.
Candidates must provide valid Chapter 6 documents before their appointment.
In the first phase, promotional interviews will focus on Grades C1 to C5 in primary schools from December 4 to 15, 2023.
These include Headteacher positions in regular primary schools and Special Needs Primary Schools,
with 1,049 and 30 positions available, respectively.
Other roles, such as Deputy Headteacher II, Senior Teachers I and II in regular and Special Needs Primary Schools,
All these will also be filled in this phase.

Phase II will cater to post-primary teachers seeking promotions in grades C3 to D1,
scheduled at the county level from January 4 to 16, 2024.
It includes positions like Deputy Principal III, Senior Master III in regular secondary schools, Senior Lecturer IV in Teacher Training Colleges, and Secondary Teacher I.
The third phase, targeting post-primary administrators in grades D2 to D5, will occur at regional levels from February 4 to 16, 2024.
Roles such as Chief Principal, Senior Principal, Principal, Deputy Principal II, and Senior Lecturer I will be filled.
