Promoted and transferred list of County Directors of Education per county 2023

TSC promotions 2023. Through transfers from one station to another, the Ministry of Education has effected changes in county directors of education levels across the 47 counties.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE APPOINTED AS COUNTY DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

You must fulfill the following minimum standards in order to be selected as county director of education:

• Have a bachelor’s degree certificate in Education from a recognized university or a tertiary institution.
• The capacity to create and cooperate in a team
• A master’s degree in education or a related field from an accredited university
• A good track record of leadership and administration in education.
• A 12-year career TSCsalary scale of 11 should apply to three of them.

TSC promotions 2023

LIST OF TRANSFERRED AND PROMOTED  DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION

1. Pamela Akelo Deputy County of Education Busia to Tranzoia as County Director of Education for Trans-Nzoia (CDE).
2. Luke Chebet to the Coast to serve as the Regional Director of Education with his place taken by his former Regional Director of Education (RDE).
3. Simon Wamae the  Coast RDE to  West Pokot as the CDE.
4. Francis Shikanda to the Western regional Directors’ office(RDE’s) office.
5. Henry Luvanga who has been the Sub-County Director of Education (SCDE) for Kuresoi South to be CDE Turkana county.
6. Josephine Walela moved to the Western RDE’s office for the assignment of duties.
7. Victoria Mulili, the Taita Taveta CDE to Nakuru county CDE office

1. Fredrick Osewe from Nakuru county CDE to Nanza RDE(Regional director of education).
2.  Khalif Hirey from Kilifi county CDE to Taita Taveta county CDE.
3. S.M Mwashegwa Baringo CDE  to Tana river county in the same acting position.
4. James Nyagah to Central Region RDE from Isiolo county CDE.
5.  Leonard Kabaki the Western RDE to Siaya county as a CDE.
6. Nicholas Oyucho to Nyanza as an RDE from Siaya county.
7. Rosemary Birenge to Kisumu CDE office from  Mumias East SCDE.
8.  Peter Munene from Kisumu county to Central becomes the deputy RDE.
9.  Adan Roble Coast RDE to Northeastern region in the same capacity
10.  Yusuff Karaiyu to  Jogoo House from North Eastern
