As part of the preparation process, teachers are advised to gather the following documents for the TSC Interviews in 2023:
1. Your original National ID card.
2. Original academic and professional certificates.
3. A letter of appointment to your current grade.
4. A letter of appointment to your current post.
5. Analyzed individual subject results in the KCSE examination for the past three years, certified by TSC CD/SCD.
6. Performance Appraisal Reports for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022.
7. Any other relevant testimonials supporting your performance.

– A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
