The advancements were dispersed fairly among the regions, with Kiambu County having the most promoted teachers, followed by Kisii and Kakamega.

the Commission has established standards for the amount of administrators schools should have.
Additionally, teachers who have previously participated in acting roles will be given preference in promotions.
While appearing before the Senate Cohesion Committee, the TSC boss drafted a report regarding the
- medical benefits,
- jobs,
- promotions, and
- transfers of the teachers who were generating difficulties.
According to the TSC, 6,214 instructors will advance one level and 5,436 will advance two levels, from grade B5 (Primary Teacher I) to grade C1 (Primary Teacher II).
Dr. Macharia’s report indicates that the commission plans to promote 11,258 teachers in the common cadre.
