TSC salary scale new(2023-2025). After receiving approval from the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC), the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will announce the new pay structure for teachers in job groups B5 to D5.
The new remuneration structure will specify the wages and benefits to which teachers are entitled in each job group.
The National Treasury has allocated sh. 9.1 billion to TSC for the pay raise plan for over 350,000 teachers and secretariat personnel on the PNP payroll.

Those in D5 earn 157,656, demonstrating the vast gap, particularly between classroom teachers and school administrators.
The salaries will also be exempt from the 1.5% housing fund deduction included in the 2023 Finance Act.
