Qualifications for one to head post primary institution
You must be a professionally trained university Graduate Teacher/Technical Teacher/Lecturer working for the Teachers Service Commission.
As a classroom teacher and an administrator, you have demonstrated competence and ability.
Have a minimum job group M grade.
Have a clean personal record.
