TSC salary and allowances. In Kenya, job categories are often categorized based on an employee’s level of education, skill set, and certification.
The Salary and Remuneration Commission (SRC) determines and reviews job groups and pay for public employees.
SRC was established in 2011 under the Salaries and Remuneration Act of 2011, and among other things, it also assures equity and justice in the public sector.
