Extra Allowances For Senior Principals.
1. Hardship Allowance
The Hardship Allowance for teachers in this grade is 31,500 Kenyan Shillings.

2.Commuter Allowance
A commuter allowance of 14,000 Kenyan Shillings will be provided to teachers in this grade to help with travel expenses to and from their places of employment.
3.Annual Leave Allowance

4.Disability Guide Allowance
A disability guide allowance of 20,000 Kenyan Shillings is paid to teachers at this grade.
