TSC salary payment 2023. Teachers may now look forward to getting their August paychecks after their employer, TSC, secured a wage agreement with their unions.9
Knut, Kuppet, and Kusnet approved the TSC wage offer yesterday, which includes a basic salary increase of up to 9.5% payable over two fiscal years beginning July 1, 2023.
This means that instructors in occupational categories B5 to C2 will receive a pay increase of Sh 2,148 after deductions.

The deal also included an increase in the House Allowance for Cluster 4 instructors, which would be paid over the course of two fiscal years commencing July 1, 2023.
Overall, the House allowance for Clusters 3 and 4 has been harmonized as a result of this.
The entire harmonization process will be completed in July 2024.
As a result of the bipartisan discussions, the Commission promoted 14,738 teachers in August 2023, and it has announced an additional 36,275 promotion openings.
Teachers will receive their August paychecks on Thursday, according to TSC.
TSC announced in a news release, “We assure our teachers that they will receive their pay by the end of the month.”
