TSC Senior Teacher salaries(Revised) . The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is set to make significant changes to its salary structures, bringing welcome news to senior teachers in public primary and secondary schools.

The TSC’s CEO has emphasized the importance of fairly compensating experienced educators and has announced substantial salary increases in the pipeline.
For senior teachers in grade C5 primary schools, a noteworthy increase in monthly earnings is on the horizon.
Their salaries are expected to rise from 47,896 shillings to an impressive 64,631 shillings,
marking a substantial increase of 17,000 shillings.
Secondary school teachers can also anticipate a significant wage hike, with the potential for their monthly salaries to reach 157,656 shillings,
a notable increase from their current monthly income of 115,163 shillings.
TSC Senior Teacher salaries(Revised)
The CEO has stated that if the proposed salary revision is approved, it will result in salary increases for all teachers,
as stipulated by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for the years 2021 to 2025.
The adjusted salary structure for TSC teachers according to the CBA 2021-2025 is categorized as follows:
**Principals (T-SCALE 15):**
Principals overseeing district and national schools with more than 1,000 students will have their salaries adjusted.
The lowest-paid principal will receive 131,380 shillings per month, while the highest-paid principal will earn 157,656 shillings.
**Senior Teachers (T Scale 14):**
Educators responsible for managing more than 540 students in district schools will have fixed monthly salaries of 118,242 and 121,890 shillings, respectively.
**Principals (TSC 13):**
Principals of sub-district schools will also see changes to their salaries,
wiith the lowest-paid principals receiving 104,644 shillings and the highest-paid principals receiving 106,812 shillings.
**Deputy Principal III:**
Administrators of full-time schools and sub-district schools will undergo a salary review, with the lowest salary set at 91,041 shillings.
**Deputy Principal IV, Principal, and Master II:** The principal of class D1 (T scale 11) is responsible for managing elementary schools with more than 1,000 students.
Meanwhile, the master of secondary school class D1 (T Thang 11) supervises schools in the district with more than 540 students.
**Senior Master III, Deputy Headteacher I, and Headteacher:**
Administrators at grade C5 (T Scale 10) are responsible for elementary schools with student populations fewer than 1,000.
This updated salary scale reflects the provisions outlined in the 2021-2025 Collective Bargaining Agreement for TSC teachers,
promising substantial increases in compensation for senior educators.
