TSC new salary structure. The last stage of the CBA has now been fully implemented by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC.)
The pay of the teachers has been increased.
Currently, the Chief Principal at Grade D5 is the highest-paid teacher, earning a cool Sh157,656 every month.
Senior Principals in grade D4 get Sh121,890 per month, while Principals in grade D3 earn Sh104,644 per month.

Similarly to that, Deputy Principals II T-Scale 12 (D2) employees are paid Sh91,041 each month.
Deputy Principals III T-Scale 11 (D1), on the other hand, are paid a monthly salary of between Sh77,840 and Sh85,269.
Senior Masters IV, Scale 9 (C4) teachers are paid a monthly salary of Sh52,308.

Additionally, they receive a monthly House Allowance of up to Sh28,000, an Annual Leave Allowance of up to Sh6,000, and a Commuter Allowance of up to Sh8,000 per month.
Teachers now earn more money thanks to the CBA’s final phase of implementation.
