TSC transfer letters update. In October 2023, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has made significant progress in the teacher transfer process,
an initiative that began in November of the previous year.
The TSC has addressed the needs of delocalized teachers who applied for transfers by releasing a new batch of transfer letters.
These letters, previously marked as ‘pending,’ are now approved
with the TSC making them available at various TSC County offices.
Teachers eager to relocate are encouraged to visit their respective TSC County Directors’ offices
This is to confirm the availability of their transfer letters.
They can also monitor their transfer request status online, observing the process shift from ‘pending’ to ‘acknowledged’ and eventually to ‘approved.’

The TSC’s Regional Directors have efficiently processed most transfer requests for delocalized teachers across different regions, and
many teachers have received their transfer letters from TSC County offices.
The TSC aims to process transfer requests for 21,544 delocalized teachers before school reopening.
This approach prioritizes equitable teacher distribution and optimal utilization over traditional factors like vacancies and medical considerations.
